Choose from a range of venues from small spaces tucked away within this beautiful hotel, to our Grand Ballroom, the largest ballroom in Cairns.  Our most popular venues are listed here, but please feel free to ask our Wedding Coordinator for a full list of choices.

• Grand Ballroom – Comfortably seating 350 people for a full sit-down dinner, this venue is perfect for those lavish affairs where no expense is to be spared.  Alternatively, the Ballroom can be split in Kuranda and Mossman ballrooms, which are perfect for the mid-sized wedding. 
• Daintree’s Pooldeck – Quickly becoming Cairns’ most popular outdoor venue, Daintree’s Pooldeck is situated amongst lush tropical gardens and two large pools, framed by all new timber decking.  When lighting and music are added, this venue will leave all those in attendance with cherished memories of a wonderful event.
• Kingsford’s – Situated on the second level, overlooking the Grand Lobby with its huge vaulted windows, this intimate space is perfect for gatherings of up to 70 for a sit down dinner and 120 cocktail style.  This venue is the perfect choice if you wish to experience The Sebel Cairns in all its old world charm.

The set up of your chosen wedding reception venue will include white linen, bridal valance, silver candelabras, personalised menus, gift and cake tables, red carpet, dance floor and staging, microphone and lectern.
