  • Grand Ballroom - Boasting 500m2, the Grand Ballroom is our largest venue. Offering high ceilings and a fantastic decor, the Grand Ballroom will accommodate up to 400 people in banquet configuration.
  • Tully Rooms - Located on the lobby, smaller sized Tully rooms are just perfect in classroom and cocktail configuration.
  • Bluewater Rooms - Located on Level 1, these versatile rooms can be used as standalone venues or together as one larger space. With a spacious foyer out the front for meeting breaks, this venue is perfect for small to medium sized events.
  • Rosser Room - Just off the foyer on Level 1, this separate function room can hold 50 theatre style and 40 for dinner. Perfect for smaller meetings.
  • Boardrooms 1 and 2 - These two separate meeting rooms are perfect for those smaller, more intimate meetings. Ideal for presentations, interviews and private dinners. Both rooms feature private bathrooms and Boardroom 1 features a permanent antique board table.
  • Daintree’s Pooldeck - This venue is perfect for open air dinners when a lasting impression is desired. Situated on Level 3 and with views out over the city to the stunning mountain backdrop, this area hugs the pool and is striking in its versatility. Truly a unique and exclusive feature of The Sebel Cairns.
  • Twin Peaks - Situated on Level 3, just off the pooldeck, this covered venue allows guests to enjoy the perfect weather of the Tropical North, but covered from the elements. With space for 600 cocktail and theatre style, and 350 dinner style, this venue is perfect for large dinners. The pooldeck is also a perfect place for pre-dinner drinks as well.
